Friendly staff, but limited breakfast service.

The pool offers a nice way to unwind after a day in Culiacan, and the gym provides basic workout equipment. The spacious rooms allow for comfortable downtime with plenty of space to move around freely.
However, the hotel suffers from noticeable maintenance issues, such as a broken security device in the elevator and dusty furniture in the rooms. There's also a troubling hole on the sixth floor due to humidity and a noisy AC system that disrupts the tranquility of the stay, not to mention an unwelcoming entrance with dirty glass doors. The furniture shows age, creaking with every movement, which can add an unwelcome soundtrack to your stay.

Nice location next to a large mall with great shopping and dining options. The pool provided a relaxing way to unwind after long days exploring. The gym had basic equipment for quick workouts. Miss Alicia García at the front desk really stood out. she was helpful and attentive during my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing for good sleep conditions. However, the elevator looked old and could use a facelift, and the AC system made noise, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast service seemed under-staffed, causing delays and issues. Overall, there were some maintenance concerns, but the comfortable room and friendly staff made it worthwhile.

Friendly service with relaxation perks
The staff at Fiesta Inn Culiacan were incredibly welcoming, especially Miss Alicia García, who went above and beyond. I loved the spacious, quiet room that provided perfect sleeping conditions. Plus, the pool was a refreshing treat after exploring the city.
While my stay was pleasant, there were noticeable maintenance issues—specifically, an outdated elevator and the AC system was quite noisy, which affected the overall experience.

The shower was good sized and the room was clean, but the heater just didn't do the trick, leaving it cold in the evenings. I probably would stay here again, but I'd double-check the heating in advance.
